For Momenti, a destination wedding and event planning brand, we crafted a complete client experience — from brand positioning to customer journey — designed to feel as seamless and curated as the celebrations they create.

Momenti, founded by Camilla Møller, has planned over 800 weddings across Italy and beyond. As the business evolved, there was a clear opportunity: to elevate not just the visual identity, but the entire experience — from the first inquiry to long after the celebration is over.

When we started working together, the goal was to bring more clarity, structure, and intention into how clients are guided through the process.

As part of this, we also guided the transition from Italienske Bryllup to Momenti — a name that reflects a broader, more refined vision. One that moves beyond a single destination, and instead centers around meaningful, beautifully curated experiences across Italy, Scandinavia, and the Mediterranean.

From there, we refined the brand narrative and designed a clear, confident customer journey — positioning Momenti not just as a service, but as a trusted partner.

We developed a full suite of materials to support and elevate every step of the experience, including:

a structured inquiry and booking flow,
email sequences and automations,
refined offer and venue presentation templates,
planning guides for clients and their guests,
design assets such as menus, invitations, and table details,
a complete framework for the wedding weekend run-of-show.

Every element was created with one intention: to make the experience feel effortless for the client, while giving Camilla the tools to lead with clarity and confidence.
